Teletherapy available throughout California and Oregon — right from your own space. Sessions are held on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to support your privacy and comfort. I specialize in working with adults and teens navigating emotional stress, anxiety, identity questions, neurodivergence, and life transitions, and I aim to make beginning therapy as clear and supportive as possible.

Adult Individual Therapy

$200    50-minute session

Individual therapy focused on anxiety, stress, identity development, life transitions, and neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, and learning differences. Sessions emphasize practical tools, emotional regulation, and deeper self-understanding.

Teen Individual Therapy

$200    50-minute session

Therapy for teens focused on emotional well-being, school stress, relationships, identity, and personal growth. A monthly 30-minute parent/caregiver check-in is included when helpful to support understanding and consistency outside of sessions.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend checking with your provider about out-of-network mental health benefits.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate at least 1 business day before your next psychotherapy appointment or other service. I will deliver your Good Faith Estimate electronically using my Client Portal. You can also ask me, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.  If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.  Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.  For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
