Welcome! I'm Lindsey, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California, dedicated to providing compassionate support and guidance to adolescents and adults. With a focus on remote teletherapy, I offer a safe and nurturing space where individuals can embark on their journey of healing and personal growth.

I specialize in working with individuals who have Neurodiversity, including ADHD, recognizing and celebrating the unique strengths and challenges that come with it. Through tailored therapeutic approaches, I support my clients in managing unwanted symptoms, developing coping strategies, and cultivating a greater sense of self-acceptance and empowerment.

My expertise also extends to addressing other common mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, addiction, self-esteem, life transitions, and codependency. By integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solutions-Focused interventions, I empower my clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes.

At the core of my practice is an authentic and empathetic approach.
